Q:What do you charge for shipping?
A:Shipping is always free in The United States and Canada. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation.
Q:How Long will it take to get my order?
A:Usually I will ship an order within 2-3 business days and USPS typically takes 3-5 days from the ship date. The exception to this is regarding custom orders. When we discuss the details of your custom order I will let you know the anticipated shipping date based upon your needs.
Q:Can you expedite my order?
A:Yes at your expense. Please contact me before you make a purchase to discuss your needs and to make Payment arrangements for the expedited shipping cost.
Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard or regular account payments all through PayPal.You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store.

Q:Do you do custom orders?
A:Yes!If there is an item you like but are interested in a different color, or need a special size or want something completely custom please contact me!
Q:How do I care for my jewelry?
A:Periodically remove dust, oils and tarnish with a dry polishing cloth. Although not very attractive it's best to store your jewelry in a ziplock-type of bag with an anti-tarnish strip.
